Family Law and/or Wills and Estates Lawyer – 3+ years post admission
White Berman Grant Legal is a small legal firm specialising predominantly in Family Law and Wills & Estates and is known for its reputation, knowledge, and expertise in the above areas of practice. We provide the highest quality legal advice and advocacy to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
We are currently seeking a suitable lawyer who has a minimum of 3 years post admission experience in:
- A wide range of Family Law areas (including: property, children’s issues, spouse maintenance, child support, and Financial Agreements);
- Family Law Litigation;
- Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Estate Planning;
- Probate and Estate Administration;
- Estate Litigation (IFP Claims, Trustee disputes).
You will be a motivated and driven professional who will possess the following skills over and above the legal skills that are required:
- Strong client service skills;
- Strong communication skills (written and oral);
- Strong organisational skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively in a team environment;
- Excellent IT skills, MS Office Suite, Leap and PEXA (preferred).
