Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with strong Accounts Payable and working knowledge of Accounts Receivable. High accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and ERP proficiency (Kinetic preferred) are important. Onsite in White Bear Lake, MN.

Requirements

Associate’s or bachelor’s in accounting or related field preferred
3+ years accounting experience with strong AP focus
ERP experience required; Kinetic strongly preferred
Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations)
Detail-oriented, organized, effective communicator, and comfortable with cross-functional work in a fast-paced setting
