Overview

Our client is a Tier 1 multi-billion asset manager with a solid footprint globally. We are looking for an experienced business finance professional to join its office in Singapore.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with exceptional business partnering skills, ready to engage in key decision-making and drive performance across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver financial analytics and projects across the APAC region
• Partner with various Global Markets Heads to develop and execute financial strategies to achieve business vision and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover challenges and identify growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights guiding critical decision-making and propelling the business forward.
• Develop models to assess new business opportunities and investment decisions, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and aligned with market trends.
• Work hand-in-hand with the C-Suites and other cross-functional leaders to integrate financial insights into both planning and operational execution. Your role will be central to fostering a cohesive approach to achieving the business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an internationally recognized university
• Qualification in CFA is an advantage
• 15-18 years' business-facing experience from Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Market Strategist or relevant
• Candidates from strategic FP&A or Business Finance from global investment banks or asset managers will be considered
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and identify innovative solutions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-suite executives
• Ability to build strong relationships and convey complex ideas clearly to drive collaborations and strategic decisions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
