About the Role
The Associate Director, Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of our healthcare provision business across all AIA entities. This is a unique opportunity to lead financial planning, reporting, and governance for a growing portfolio of clinics, including greenfield projects and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the healthcare provision business.
- Oversee financial operations across clinics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
- Drive financial setup and governance for new clinic ventures.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate group-level financial consolidation and reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple markets.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership, ideally in healthcare or multi-entity environments.
- Strong track record in financial planning, reporting, and operational finance.
- Experience in M&A and building finance functions from the ground up is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
