Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Customer Journey Specialist (m/f/x) to join their project team within the Finance Regulatory Reporting division.Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in data analysis, process evaluation, requirement clarification, documentation for developer guidance, and testing to support the delivery of Finance and/or Liquidity reports.
- Conduct business analyses and participate in functional testing to ensure quality and compliance.
As a Customer Journey Specialist in the client's Agile environment, you will work closely with other professionals to meet team goals, including:
- Taking part in regular Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Performing data analyses, conducting interviews, and utilizing measurement tools to enhance customer experiences, ensuring all improvements and solutions are data-driven.
- Streamlining processes to maximize value for both customers and the business.
- Developing the customer experience strategy, engaging with stakeholders, and establishing product/service, process, and channel policies in line with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and end-to-end customer processes, while continuously updating this knowledge.
- Gaining insights into customer experiences by tracking satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue, and process quality.
- Innovating new techniques, monitoring standards, and improving existing products and processes.
- Applying distribution knowledge to elevate current practices to market-leading standards.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in financial regulatory matters and/or liquidity reporting.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders with various priorities.
- A curious mindset with the ability to comprehend end-to-end product processes and stay informed about market trends, risks, and product insights.
- A customer-centric approach, capable of understanding needs, expectations, and requirements.
- Extensive understanding of banking processes and customer business, incorporating this expertise into daily tasks.
- Proactive in initiating improvements to products, processes, and channel policies, ensuring the implementation of innovative ideas.
- Supportive of an Agile work culture, emphasizing teamwork, trust, encouragement, and constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Focusing on strengths, given the diversity of activities within the role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the banking sector is essential.
