Description

Our client is an established asset management firm with stable and professional team. They are looking for a client service and marketing role to assist on their business development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to institutional and intermediary client business
• Respond to existing and prospective investors on inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage client onboarding, account opening, and regulatory reporting required;
• Assist in KYC, AML, and other standardized guidelines within the firm
• Other work assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or a related field
• 2-5 years related experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management business, including client services and sales support
• Sound knowledge of mutual fund sales and operations are highly preferred
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
