Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Fractional School Finance Manager. The Fractional School Finance Manager will create financial reports, oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage cash and investments, payroll, and handle state and federal reporting. The role includes purchasing and bidding oversight, and the development of annual budgets with financial planning and analysis. The manager will also prepare and report for audits to internal and external stakeholders. Work remote and in offices in particular in Pittsburgh, Berks, Carbon and Susquehanna County.
Requirements
Qualifications
Experience in creating financial reports and management of accounts payable and receivable
Proficiency in payroll, cash and investments management
Knowledge of state and federal reporting requirements
Skills in purchasing, bidding, and annual budget development
Expertise in financial planning and analysis
Ability to prepare and report for audits
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with relevant certifications a plus
