Description
Job description:In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and provide a broad range of HR administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, onboarding, payroll data, benefits, leaves, leavers), liaising with authorities and insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with internal systems and records management. You will coordinate closely with the offshore team in Budapest, support HR projects and process improvements, and act as the go-to contact for HR-related queries in Zurich.

Requirements:
- Coordinating onboarding: contracts, pre-employment checks, payroll/social security registrations, welcome letters.
- Managing HR administration for health, accident, maternity/parental leave, disability, and allowances.
- Overseeing leaver administration, Workday updates, and payroll adjustments.
- Acting as first contact for unemployment, tax, and social security authorities.
- Preparing reports (overtime, vacation, headcount) and supporting audits.
- Maintaining compliant employee records in Workday and archives.
- Providing first-level HR system support and handling standard HR documents (reference letters, certificates, absence management).
- Supporting payroll input, liaising with the offshore payroll team, and raising service level issues when needed.
- Contributing to HR projects, digitalisation, and process improvements.
Competences:
- Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or high school diploma; HR Administration certification is an advantage.
- 2-3 years' HR administration experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Payroll knowledge is an asset.
- Strong MS Office skills; Workday/SNOW a plus.
- Fluent in English and German; French is an asset.
- Service-oriented, proactive, accurate, and discreet with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Flexible team player with willingness to learn and a solution-driven mindset.
