Description
Job description:As interim Finance Director for our Swiss operations, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and HR-related matters. You will act as a critical bridge between local operations and group-level Finance and People teams.
Requirements:
- Finance Leadership: Responsible for overseeing both Finance and supporting Human Resource functions in (Switzerland) AG
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements for both Finance and Human Resource functions
- BOD Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present management information, including forecasting, revenue, debtors, and financial modelling to support strategic planning.
- Account Management: Oversee the maintenance of accounts, including the preparation of the accounts for reporting purposes.
- Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective internal control system.
- Audit Leadership: Lead financial audits in collaboration with the appointed audit firm.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE needed for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Qualified Accountant.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- You must have Finma to be considered for this role
- Strong understanding of tax, legal, and regulatory requirements for finance and HR functions.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Experience leading financial audits and maintaining internal control systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
