Marketing Coordinator (Part Time or Full Time)
RHAA (Royston Hanamoto Alley & Abey) is an award-winning landscape architecture and planning firm located in Mill Valley, just north of San Francisco. We design sustainable, inspiring spaces that enrich communities, and we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This position may be part-time or full-time with a hybrid schedule: in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
Responsibilities
Proposals and Business Development – Support and collaborate with the marketing manager and principals on proposals, presentations, and events.
Content Development – Create project cutsheets, resumes, brochures, and other materials to showcase our projects and team.
Data and Asset Management – Maintain the marketing databases (experience with Vantage Point is a plus) and digital files (familiarity with Open Asset is an advantage).
Graphic Design and Materials – Assist with graphic design tasks, maintain inventory of marketing materials, and manage collateral for campaigns.

Requirements
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Word and MS Office.
Has strong graphic design skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
Brings 3+ years of marketing experience (experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry in the Bay Area is a plus).
Excels at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
