Role Overview

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our team in key business areas: Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and Marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading global company by contributing to high-impact projects and gaining exposure across various functions. We value diverse experiences and perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Accounts: Support relationship management with strategic clients; assist in preparing business proposals and plans; analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Trade Marketing: Collaborate on developing and implementing marketing strategies at points of sale; coordinate promotional materials; measure campaign impact.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning): Assist in demand planning processes; integrate sales and marketing plans; support report preparation and analysis to optimize supply chain processes.
• Marketing: Participate in coordinating events and marketing activities; help craft reports; analyze performance metrics to evaluate initiative success.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent program or have confirmed experience in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or related areas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
