Role Overview:
Join a globally recognized brand known for its iconic presence in the quick-service industry and commitment to innovation. This senior legal leader will drive strategy across executive and director compensation, support the Compensation Committee of the Board, and oversee subsidiary governance. The role offers high-impact visibility and collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Legal and Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Shape legal strategy for executive/director compensation, equity programs, and disclosures (proxy/CD&A, 8-Ks, Section 16)
* Advise on insider trading policies, shareholder proposals, and ERISA-related issues
* Prepare board materials and serve as Assistant Secretary to the Compensation Committee
* Lead subsidiary governance and contribute to broader corporate governance initiatives
* Mentor and manage legal team members

Qualifications:
* JD required with 10+ years of legal experience (law firm + in-house preferred)
* Proven expertise in securities law, executive compensation, and governance
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
