- TITLE INSURANCE APPLICATION/PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Description
The successful candidate must be proficient in all aspects of the title insurance industry, highly organized and be able to provide outstanding client service with potential for growth within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Taking & processing applications;
-
Ordering and following up on all abstracts and municipal searches;

Compilation of title reports;
-
Locating & ordering surveys;

Working with our vendors and sales representatives and
-
Heavy Phones
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Must have (3) years of title insurance experience

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone

Ability to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment

Must be well versed in all aspects of title related work

Knowledge of computers and relevant software application

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
