Description

Provide legal counsel to domestic and international clients on complex transactional and cross-border matters. Duties include: advising on domestic and international business transactions including cross-border operations, foreign investment, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance (25%); drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, investment instruments, shareholder agreements, and cross-border documentation (20%); coordinating with foreign counsel on matters involving civil law legal systems and U.S./California legal requirements (15%); providing legal analysis on regulatory compliance, risk management, and business structuring (15%); communicating directly with Arabic-speaking clients and counterp-arties to provide legal advice, conduct negotiations, and review legal materials in Arabic (10%); performing mid- to senior-associate-level legal work on complex matters (10%); supporting client relationship management (5%).
