We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Pennsylvania licensed and based civil litigation attorney, with three to seven years’ experience.  Aviation industry and/or aviation litigation experience is desirable, as is insurance coverage experience.  We will give strong preference to candidates with a proven track record of handling all aspects civil litigation (pleadings, written discovery, depositions, mediation/settlement) with minimal supervision. 

Requirements

Three to seven years of experience as a civil litigation attorney.

Specialization or significant experience in the aviation industry, aviation law and/or insurance coverage law is desirable.

Admitted (or can waive into) the bar in Pennsylvania; admission in New Jersey is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong research and legal writing skills.

Dependable and self-motivated.
