About Our Client

Our client is a Global Bank, currently looking for CDD/KYC Specialists to join their Private Banking division.

Fresh graudates with relevant internship are also welcome to apply.

Job Description

• Providing comprehensive support to CDD and KYC processes.
• Prepare complete end-to-end CDD write-ups for onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events (where applicable), covering client profile, ownership structure, source of wealth, expected account activity, and risk rationale, in line with the Bank's AML policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, validate, and review KYC documentation to ensure client records are complete, accurate, and consistent, and promptly resolve any gaps or issues.
• Manage the KYC/CDD pipeline by tracking case progress, coordinating with RMs and stakeholders, meeting timelines, and providing status updates when needed.
• Ensure all KYC/CDD activities comply fully with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Banking - CDD/KYC preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation and records
• Good communication skills to handle inquiries and coordinate with stakeholders
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
