Description
Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., a long-established and highly regarded Winter Park law firm, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate associate. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sales, title and closings, and commercial leasing experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience reviewing and negotiating commercial loan documents.
The candidate must be conscientious, extremely detail-oriented and have strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills. This position requires the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize appropriately, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic commercial real estate team. No portable business is required, but a plus. Candidate must be a member of the Florida bar.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Florida Bar required and active admission in good standing.
- Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional, client-service oriented demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
