Description
The successful candidate will conduct due diligence reviews, sanctions and adverse media screening, transaction monitoring, and investigate suspicious activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Requirements:
- Strong compliance experience from client onboarding, account opening or transaction monitoring.
- Ability to identify susupicious activies or anomolies and escalate accordingly
- Able to perform risk assessments and articulate recommendations business partners
- Good understanding of sanctions and regulatory compliance requirements
- Knowledge of regulation to support the identification of regulatory gaps and policies changes
- Strong knowledge of regulatory developments and ability to assess and communicate business impacts
- Experience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services compliance is preferred
