A global insurance brokerage isbuilding a cyber risk consulting practice in the Middle East from scratch, and they need someone to lead it.

No book of business waiting for you, no team already in place. You bring the strategy, the pipeline and the people.

You'll be the senior cyber voice for the business across the region. One day you're in a boardroom explaining exposure to a CFO, the next you're in front of an underwriter defending that same exposure in their language.

Very few people can do both convincingly. If you can, this role exists for you.

What you'll be doing

1. Winning and delivering the work, risk assessments, maturity reviews, board reporting
2. Building a team, growing it into a proper consulting practice with its own P&L
3. Supporting cyber insurance placement, translating technical risk into language insurers can actually price against
4. Acting as the region's go to voice on cyber risk, in front of clients, insurers and regulators
5. M&A cyber due diligence work

You're a good fit if you have

1. 12+ years or more in cyber security or technology risk, at least five of those leading a team
2. A track record of building something before, not only running what already existed
3. P&L responsibility and revenue growth
4. Real cyber insurance fluency, underwriting, policy wording, claims, systemic risk
5. A background as a senior cyber consulting leader at a broker or Big 4 (deal advisory) firm ready to build your own shop, or a senior cyber underwriting or risk leader inside an insurer looking to move client side and finally own the commercial side, not just advise on it
