A global FMCG MNC is looking for a high-caliber Finance Director based in Manila to support the Philippines market expansion.

The Role

• Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing financial insight and commercial guidance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Drive improvements in profitability, cash flow, working capital, and return on investment.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective internal controls.
• Oversee relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation, and ERP enhancements.
• Foster a high-performing finance team through coaching, development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience within multinational organizations.
• Strong background in commercial finance, business partnering, FP&A, and financial control.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing sizeable finance teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced consumer, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in driving change, process improvements, and financial transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• High level of integrity, resilience, and commercial acumen.
