Description

1. Process customer due diligence (KYC) for onboarding customer/counterparty, regular review and trigger review
2. Handle KYC related enquiry from front office and counterparties
3. Work closely with teammates to facilitate the collection of KYC and other documents
4. Liaise with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal and relevant teams to smoothen on-boarding process
5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
6. Prepare necessary management report
7. Control all KYC cases progress
8. Review and update policies and procedures
9. Support any ad hoc task or project assigned by management

1. Degree holder or above
2. Strong understanding of due diligence and local Anti-Money Laundering requirements
3. 3+ years of experience in KYC, compliance or related job preferably
4. Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory requirement
5. Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Compliance, AML/CFT and/or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist by ACAMS would be an advantage

1. Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & English
2. Good command of written and spoken Korean is definitely an asset
3. Good knowledge of MS Office
