Dewycream, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Specialist in O’Fallon, MO to interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to employees and management, providing guidance on workplace rules, hiring practices, benefits administration, documentation requirements, employee status changes, and internal compliance procedures using BambooHR, Rippling, and ADP. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork by coordinating recruitment workflows, preparing employment documentation, managing onboarding records, and ensuring required forms are completed, organized, and maintained accurately in BambooHR, Rippling, and ADP. Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, onboarding, and employee status changes using BambooHR, Rippling, and ADP, ensuring documentation is current, complete, and properly updated for internal and compliance purposes. Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements by screening resumes and candidate profiles through Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter based on qualifications, experience, work history, and established hiring criteria. Inform job applicants of duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, onboarding requirements, and employment expectations during the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. Select qualified applicants or refer them to managers, make hiring recommendations, schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and support new employee orientations to ensure an efficient and well-documented hiring process. Maintain and update HR documents, including policies, procedures, internal forms, operational guidelines, employment agreements, onboarding materials, organizational records, and performance evaluation files, ensuring consistency with current business practices and management expectations. Confer with management to develop, implement, and maintain personnel policies, HR procedures, recruiting practices, retention efforts, and documentation standards that support workforce administration and day-to-day HR operations. Address employee relations matters, respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits, and assist with workplace concerns or complaints in accordance with company procedures, established documentation practices, and management guidance. Contact job applicants regarding application status, interview scheduling, hiring decisions, onboarding requirements, and related recruitment updates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter, maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the hiring cycle. Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills, and coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment and selection process. Analyze employment-related data and prepare reports concerning recruiting activity, hiring status, staffing needs, onboarding progress, employee records, performance tracking, and HR administrative metrics using BambooHR, Rippling, and ADP. Develop and manage recruitment channels through Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter to support hiring needs, maintain candidate pipelines, improve sourcing efficiency, and meet current or anticipated staffing requirements across departments. Administer the company’s performance management process by coordinating evaluations, maintaining performance records, tracking completion status, and supporting management with performance-related documentation and administrative follow-up. Prepare and manage employee employment agreements and HR documentation, including onboarding records, employee status changes, internal forms, and related personnel records, and maintain such records accurately in BambooHR, Rippling, and ADP. Administer benefit plans, maintain records, and respond to employee benefits and policy inquiries. Ensure employment eligibility compliance and maintain required records in BambooHR, Rippling, and ADP.
Requirement: Master’s Degree in Communication Related field, with 36 months of experience as human resource specialist with experience in Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, BambooHR, Rippling, ADP.
