Seattle - Senior Class Action Attorney
The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks an attorney with 7-10 years of employment litigation and class action experience. Ideal candidates will have experience defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage hour. Experience advising clients on workplace policies and day-to-day legal issues a plus. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements with a high level of persuasive advocacy. Significant class action experience is required for this role. Successful candidates will be self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Admission to the Washington Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school are required.

Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $215,000+ and includes eligibility forperformance-based bonuses. Actual base pay within this range will bedetermined by several components, including but not limited to, relevantexperience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-relatedfactors permitted by law.
