Position: Senior Advisor, Product Marketing (Austin, Texas)

Duties: Perform market analysis to drive cross-functional teams’ understanding of current operating environment and support product strategy and customer experiences by leveraging the understanding of multiple data sources, including Circana, GFK, IDC, Context, and MSC. Analyze risks and opportunities to business relating to product, price, placement, and promotion to drive profitable year-over-year growth and maximize market share. Develop in-depth actionable analysis of competitors’ business performance based on financial filings to drive data-based decision making and competitive positioning for the company. Perform market consensus development to support strategic ambitions based on historical data, market environment, and recent business performance, shaping the reasonable demand forecast and leading regular business review. Handle transformative projects to streamline business process and improve work efficiency related to product planning and Go-to-Market operation.

Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Management Science, Management Consulting, Marketing or related plus six (6) years of experience in financial auditing, management and risk consulting, product management, marketing or similar occupation OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Management Science, Management Consulting, Marketing or related plus eight (8) years of experience in financial auditing, management and risk consulting, product management, marketing or similar occupation. Requires experience with: data analysis using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL; development of market run-rate projections and seasonality analyses; deep level analysis of market using third-party market data sources; leading transformative projects on business, product Go-To-Market operations, and pricing transformation; consumer E-commerce, including online business roadmap development, website/mobile app development, and Go-To-Market operation and strategy; and international accounting principles to conduct in-depth financial statement analysis and evaluate competitive positions.
